Dr. Jason Minton

Dr. Jason Minton grew up in Greer, SC and graduated from Riverside High School. He majored in Mechanical Engineering at Virginia Tech and worked as an engineer for six years in Augusta, GA before deciding to make a career change and attend dental school. At Georgia Regents University, he graduated at the top of his class and was elected to the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society. Following graduation, he completed a 3-year Prosthodontics residency to further develop his expertise in complex restorative cases. During his residency, he studied under Dr. Gerard Chiche, one of the premier lecturers in esthetic dentistry. Dr. Minton is married to Dr. Katie Minton, a pediatrician at Parkside Pediatrics. They have two beautiful young daughters who demand an active lifestyle. They are very excited to move back to Greenville and be close to both of their families. When not treating patients, Dr. Minton enjoys flat-water kayaking, smoking meat and spending time with his family.

Dr. Minton is a member of the American College of Prosthodontists (ACP), the American Dental Association (ADA), the South Carolina Dental Association (SCDA), the Greenville County Dental Society (GCDS), and the Spartanburg County Dental Society (SCDS). He participates in the Spear Study Club and the Seattle Study Club. He also volunteers at the Greenville Free Medical Clinic.
